Natures Walk Stage 4 Now Released

Great News! The next stage of the Natures Walk Estate has now been released! With strong sales in Stages 1 & 2 of the estate, construction has now commenced on what is known as Stage 4 of Natures Walk, albeit that this is third stage that is being developed.

Construction of the land in Stage 4 is expected to be completed by September, meaning that titles should be issued around October, allowing people to settle on the land and start construction of their home thereafter.

The first of the internal stages on Natures Walk, Stage 4 is showing signs of being every bit as popular as the previous stages, with five of the sixteen properties in Stage 4 either Under Offer or on Hold pending contracts for clients who had placed Expressions of Interest prior to the official release.

Alternatively, a brochure pack with the latest designs and price list for Stage 4 can be mailed to you upon request for your consideration. Please remember that the plans provided can be customised to suit your requirements very easily.

If you haven’t seen Natures Walk recently, then now is a great time to visit again. With six homes now occupied and another dozen homes at various stages of construction, you will no doubt be impressed by the progress that has been achieved.

Also, the display home is open Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday 12pm – 4pm or at other times upon request.
