Stage 4 Selling Fast

While Spring has begun the weather hasn't been what we would expect, buyers are still out and about and enquiring about Natures Walk. With only a very limited number of blocks remaining for sale in Stage 1 & 2, buyers are now shifting their attention to Stage 4. We currently have six homes in this stage Under Contract.

Over the Winter months Mandurah seemed to buck the trend of other areas including Metropolitan Perth and register good sales. While the market remains somewhat inconsistent, there are some very good signs emerging. As we head towards the peak selling season, December to March in Western Australia, we expect activity to increase once again, meaning now is a great time to buy as there is a great choice of house and land packages available at Natures Walk.
